New Harnessflex Range External Hinged Elbow Fittings For Vehicle Wiring Protection

The Harnessflex range of external hinged elbow fittings, for critical vehicle wiring protection applications, has been extended to include the new EPS 28-70-25 fitting.

It is designed to accept 28mm diameter conduit at one entry point and 25mm through the other entry point. This Harnessflex elbow fitting simply snaps together and provides protection for both slit and unslit conduit including NC, CTPA, modified PP and deep section PP.  It offers IP40 protection, a nominal 120N pull off strength and a -40ºc to +120ºc operating temperature range in static applications.

Harnessflex  is the leading brand of UK flexible conduits and fitting systems for vulnerable vehicle electrical cabling. The company works closely with OEMs and connector manufacturers to provide the optimum solution for various vehicle types including buses, trucks, agricultural vehicles and heavy machinery.
